Refunds are also applicable in cases of duplicate payments, where an accidental multiple charge has been processed. In such cases, the duplicate payment will be fully refunded.
3. Non-Refundable Services
Certain services are non-refundable. Completed and approved projects are not eligible for refunds. Custom writing services, once work has commenced and substantial progress has been made, are also non-refundable. Additionally, rush or expedited services are not eligible for refunds.
4. Requesting a Refund

In your request, provide a clear explanation of the reason for the refund along with any relevant supporting evidence, such as the project brief or communication records. We aim to review and respond to all refund requests within seven business days.
5. Revision Policy
BeyondWords Writing prioritizes client satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with the delivered content, you may request revisions within 14 days of delivery. Revisions will be provided at no additional cost as long as they fall within the original project scope. Requests for revisions that extend beyond the original scope may incur additional charges.
6. Refund Processing
Once a refund request is approved, it will be processed using the original payment method. Refunds may take between five to ten business days to reflect in your account, depending on your financial institution.
